You can order your favorite Items from our web site by following the easy steps and submitting the secure order form on line. The order form is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. As long as you use a SSL-compliant browser you will able to conduct end-to-end encrypted transactions safely and without the worry of your credit card information being obtained by others.

We accept payment via Paypal Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

All Florida residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax on their orders.

Time varies and depends on the product. Please refer to the product page for the item you ordered. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination.

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once a shipping label has been generated, cancellations cannot be honored, and the order must be processed as a standard return. (Refund minus shipping and handling costs)

Most items may be returned within 14 business days of the delivery date shown on your tracking info. *(Must be in New Condition)* If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because our items are cut and stitched by hand from larger bolts of patterned fabric, the exact placement of the print will vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes your handmade item completely unique!

To protect the vibrant colors and the structural interfacing inside the fabric, spot clean only with cold water and mild detergent. For deep stains, hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as the heat and agitation will warp the bag's crisp shape.

To keep transactions streamlined and secure, all orders must be completed through our eCrater storefront checkout and shipped directly to your address via USPS. We do not offer in-person meetups or local drop-offs.
