What is Heat Press Transfer Printing ?
Heat Transfer Printing uses heat to create a bond between ink jet transfer paper and the garment locking the ink between the two layers. Heat Transfer has a semi plastic feel when first worn but gets softer after each washing. Our garments and accessories are created with professional grade heat press machines.

How do I place an order ?
You can order your favorite Items from our web site by following the easy steps and submitting the secure order form on line. The order form is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. As long as you use a SSL-compliant browser you will be able to conduct end-to-end encrypted transactions safely and without the worry of your credit card information being obtained by others. If you would like to send your order by mail, after you have finished making your selections, just Print Your Receipt and complete your order by mail.

How Do I Know My Order Was Received ?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a full description of the products you ordered. If you need to contact us concerning your order please send all questions via our contact page. Although we make every effort to ensure all products are ready for delivery when ordered, sometimes items may be on back order or discontinued by the manufacturer. If this happens, you will be notified via e-mail. You always have the option of replacing the item with another product, or canceling the order.

How long does it take to ship orders ?
Items ship within 1-2 business days via United States Postal Service. All Canadian and International orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Can I return an item ?
Clothing purchases may be returned within 14 business days of purchase (Must be in New Condition) Refunds will be issued minus shipping and handling costs. Refunds are not issued for custom garments and accessories or closeout merchandise. We guarantee that your item/items will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
